The broth was thick, rich, and mildly spicy, it had an intense flavour of herbs which was very appealing to us. The only difference was the beef broth had more aroma to it.

This was the first stall that caught my attention, as I walked down an alley to check-in my hotel. This pork noodle stall looked promising – imagine a crowd of locals eating heartily at the stall.
