Taipei to Puli by Bus

The transportation in Taiwan is well-linked, you are able to travel by bus or train between major cities. In Taipei, if you wish to travel to other cities, you will need to alight at Taipei Main Station (台北車站) and get out via Exit 5.

At Exit 5, you’ll have to walk straight along the stretch of road to the bus terminals. There are two bus terminals. The first bus terminal (臺北西站A棟) will be the one where you board the airport bus to Taoyuan Airport; the second bus terminal (臺北西站B棟) is where board a bus to Puli.

All intercity buses will be departing from either of these bus terminals, they are just next to each other. The staff at the counter will be able to advise you on the timing, else you can also check the timing online but it might be a bit challenging as majority of the information is in Chinese.
